What are "Carbon Emissions?"

According to the EPA, Carbon Dioxide Emissions, Carbon Emissions or simply CO2 emissions are generated in a number of ways. Carbon Dioxide Emissions are produced naturally through the carbon cycle and through human activities like the burning of fossil fuels.

Natural sources of CO2 occur within the carbon cycle where billions of tons of atmospheric CO2 are removed from the atmosphere by oceans and growing plants, also known as carbon sinks and are emitted back into the atmosphere annually through natural processes also known as sources. When in balance, the total Carbon Dioxide Emissions and removals from the entire carbon cycle are roughly equal.

Since the Industrial Revolution in the 1700’s, human activities, such as the burning of oil, coal and gas, and deforestation, have increased CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere. In 2005, global atmospheric concentrations of CO2 were 35% higher than they were before the Industrial Revolution. Even so, the percentage of CO2 in the atmosphere from ALL SOURCES; natural and anthropogenic are ONLY 387 PPM (parts per million) - that's ONLY 4% of 1% CO2 in the climate! 

Carbon Dioxide Emissions are responsible for approximately 80% of the overall "Greenhouse Gas Emissions." Carbon Dioxide Emissions and CO2 are one of the six anthropogenic Greenhouse Gas Emissions and include;

• Carbon Dioxide Emissions

• methane, biogas and biomethane

• nitrous oxide

• hydrofluorocarbons

• perfluorocarbons

• sulfur hexafluoride

First of all, there is no such thing as "Earth's Fever!" This is all a HUGE make-believe Climate HOAX to levy carbon taxes and a global carbon tax all based on "JUNK SCIENCE." 

The Earth's climate for the past 15 years has been COOLING, all the while carbon emissions were "exploding!"  The one and only "driver" behind our ever-changing climate is the SUN and ITS' activity which has the biggest impact on Earth's climate! 

How else can you explain, that when the icecaps are melting on Mars, the icecaps in the Arctic are melting? And when the icecaps on Mars are increasing, so are Earth's icecaps?!?

NOBODY wants pollution / cancer causing chemicals of ANY kind, whether in their air, water or food (GMO). 

We are more concerned about mercury emissions, hazardous air pollutants and volatile organic compounds coming from fossil fuel power plants, than man-made Greenhouse Gas Emissions!

The EPA should NOT be concerned about a "natural" carbon dioxide about REAL DANGERS and pollutants, such as;

Chemtrails being sprayed on people in the air from aircraft

Fluoride in our water supplies

Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) in our food

What is Emissions Abatement?

Emissions abatement is the process of reducing a facility's emissions, whether through active pollution controls such as Selective Catalytic Reduction for reducing nitrogen oxides, or replacing equipment or power generation assets with clean power generation solutions.

On November 9, 2011, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency finalized technical corrections and other clarifying amendments to seven subparts under the Greenhouse Gas Reporting (40 CFR part 98). 

In this action, EPA amended 40 CFR part 98 to correct technical and editorial errors and to address certain issues identified as a result of working with entities required to report during rule implementation and outreach. 

In general, these amendments do not change the overall requirements of the rule but improve clarity and ensure consistency across the calculation, monitoring and data reporting requirements. In addition, EPA has provided a one-time extension of the reporting deadline to September 28, 2012 for the 12 source categories (I, L, T, W, DD, FF, II, QQ, RR, SS, TT, UU) that began collecting data in 2011 to ensure sufficient time for development and stakeholder testing of the electronic Greenhouse Gas Reporting tool for these subparts.
